Your reason for entering an awards scheme must surely be to win, however you may also gain success and publicity from being short-listed for an award. It can also help to give you a positive business advantage over your competitors. The publicity, if you are successful, can be extensive and far-reaching. You and your company might be particularly proud of its business practices or its recent performance. You may have successfully completed a specific call centre or customer service project that has had a significant impact on your company, your clients or your local community. You may have achieved outstanding results, launched a new product or achieved spectacular results with an existing product.

For whatever reason, if you have a story to tell, no harm will come to you if you decide to enter. Success breeds success, and the CCMA awards will be linked to the most relevant industry press and receive editorial and advertising coverage as a result. If you win or become a finalist, your industry, your competitors and your customers will all hear about your success.
