Ofcom's Revised Regulations  [20/12/2007 14:50:40]

Hi All,

Just wanting to highlight Ofcom's proposal for regulation changes to the "statement of policy on the persistent misuse of an electronic communications network or service".

Closing date for responses to the consultation are the 1st Feb 08.

Really just looking for peoples general consensus on changes.

Particularly around the new regulations on automated messaging.

We are attending a meeting in London today regarding Automated Messaging, in favour of its uses.

If the technology is used correctly, it can enhance many business processes and save a business valuable time and money.
