Hi there,
I am currenty work for a very large Telecommunications company and am a team member in the Network Planning Team. I basically deal with all the call routing aspects, IVR Builds, linkline routing etc etc.
I am facing the possible chance of being promoted, however, have to attend a management assessment on Wednesday in which I have to present a presentation detailing what my 30/60/90 day plan would be if I was appointed a management post in either Contact Delivery (Customer experience, IVR design etc) or in the resource management team.
I need some guidance as my requirements are quite vague and I am stuck for ideas, I will appreciate all feedback.
