Professional Planning Forum awards  [30/10/2007 17:44:09]

We don't usually publicize these kind of things on CCV, but we like the PPF and I think some of you genuinely may be interested in this:

The Professional Planning Forum's Innovation of the Year Awards offer recognition for the work that has made a significant impact on your contact centre's operation and strategic development in the last year.

This year’s theme: "Taking the Customer Angle: Planning makes the difference" brings together all areas of the customers’ interaction with the organisation and how successful planning improves the experience for them.

So why don't you tell us all about the exciting work you have been doing.

You can find out what last year's finalists achieved by following this link - http://www.planningforum.co.uk/awards.htm. You will also find information on how to apply and what is involved in the judging process at this website.

This is your chance to showcase the work you have been doing and receive recognition from the industry's independent body.

Previous award winners include Salford City Council, AA, Tesco, HBOS, AXA PPP and RSA. Will you be the winner in 2008?

The deadline for initial submission is November 16th 2007 giving you 2 weeks to put your application together - the form should take 30 - 60 minutes to complete and you will only be required to prepare detailed presentations after the short listing phase.
