Avaya CMS Call Recording Query  [25/9/2007 14:48:58]

I'm new to CMS report design and can't seem to figure out why a particular report isn't returning any values. Using Avaya CMS v11 I've created a call record details report that is meant to pull everything from the call_rec table related to a specific split/skill and date. Unfortunately, the results are turning up nothing but column headers when run for any date.

Is anyone aware of special conditions related to the call_rec table that might prevent this report from running properly?

Thanks in advance.

I am afraid you are pulling from the wrong table. Try using the "dsplit" table instead.

Thanks. I'm actually trying to poll data for individual calls. It looks like the dsplit table is cumulative. Are you aware of a table that isn't cumulative?

Hi Jim

try using the dagent table as this should enable you to poll the individual call data.
