starting up  [16/7/2007 21:40:40]

Hello
I want to start up my own network of call centres within the uk and abroad but at the moment have no clear idea of how the system works and the best places to gain information upon the basics of starting a call centre. I would really appreciate any information given to me at this time.

Nazim,

This is a little bit of a 'How long is a piece of string' question.

It depends what you're trying to achieve.

At the moment it's very very vague, can you supply a
little more information.

Is this a work thing or something you're looking at as a stand alone
project.

Any specific questions we can help with, however, the 'How
do I set up a call centre' is something we really can't help
with.

Get back to us with a bit more info and we'll see if we can help.

Regards

Setting up a call center  [14/11/2007 04:33:30]

Hi,

I think you should get in touch with some technology providers like Parsectech. in They help you understand and put up right technology at your center. I recieved a lot of help when I was setting up my center.

I recomend you to first study the market and the locations you propose and then make a wise decision. Factors that you should consider in setting up a facility would be: location, opex, nature of process, availability of manpower, technology, backup, etc.

Regards,

Pankaj
