Verint Ultra error.  [20/6/2007 16:22:17]

Hi
We have Verint Ultra and from web i can not see the voice db.
There is a error while opening the web applications.

Error

Internal Error.
Please wait a few minutes and try again.
If the problem persists, notify your System Administrator.
We have MYNAVOICE MYRACLE.
How should i handle this problem?

Welcome to CCV, I'll try and help a bit
but it's only a start, I'm not a Db expert.

First off..

Is there a details tab in the error message?

It's very unusual (although not unheard of) for there
to be an error message without a description.

They tend to be put in where users have caused and error by
playing with a bit they shouldn't {GRIN}.

Do you know what kind of Db it is? For example Oracle error
codes start with ORAxxx, and MYRACLE. looks close to ORACLE.

From what you've said it's saying it just looks like the App
can't find a data source. Have you checked the ODBC connection
strings?

It is possible that someone's just changes a path somewhere.
