I am studing Nice systems to become an installer. I want to know if there is someone who already works with Nice products and can give me some advise for the begining. I hope that I'll help someone next time.

I am our Nice administrator here, not sure what specific advice I can provide you on the product but feel free to ask any questions. Especially as I don't really have any experience in the installation aspect, just the maintenance.

It's a good product, especially when coupled with the screen capture.

I tend to work more with Maintel for our call center headset's but I've been hearing good things about Nice, do you think its worth switching over in the long run?

What do you think about when you say "its worth switching over in the long run?"

Wether they'd last more than 6 months, after sales support, affordability, do they reward customer loyalty, ease of use etc. :)
