Hello all.

I am currently trying to source French and German call centres that can handle inbound response for DRTV campaigns - I so far have a couple of leads but would appreciate any suggestions.

Malta is also worth a look, as are some of the Eastern European
countries.

I have found using local centres to be more effective for the particular type of sale I'll be generating - not only language skills, but understanding of culture and buying habits are more predominant in local centres.

Eastern Europe is where I'll be focusing next so if you have any suggestions they'd be much apprecaited!!

Tried to find some references to call centres in Malta.

I concluded that we are pretty unknown to the call centre industry, but seem to offer great diving holidays.

I am obviously biased, however I am sure you will be surprised at the opportunties that this island can offer, starting from language skills and cultural affinity.

Am an avid diver myself, but there is certainly more that we can offer!

Received a call from your centre two / three weeks ago (I always ask, and my son was in Malta at the time). Came across very well in terms of language skills, lack of accent and projection of personality.

I beleive that Arvato, an outsourcer in Liverpool are owned by Bertelsmann Group a very large German company.

If you call Arvato they may be able to help you as they are quite big and probably have sites in Germany and France.
