Advice on Outbound calling rates   [31/3/2005 19:25:37]

What is the lowest rate for outbound calling if we could commit about 200,000 minutes a month?

I am currently talking to the following providers for the E1 voice lines
NTL, COLT, Cable & Wireless, MCI World.

What they have quotes is about 1.15 pence/min.

Any advice what prices should i negotiate to that telemarketers usually pay.
