Additions to WFM Packages? (Discussion)  [15/6/2004 11:59:05]

OK,

It's been a bit quiet for a couple of days so I thought I'd kick off a new topic.

We've had several threads inthe past about WFM software and it's application in
phone team sheduling, resourcing and capacity management but...

My question is:-

At this time is anyone (or is anyone planning on) using it for multi channel
planning? eg: E-Mail.

Also does anyone schedule for White mail arrival and workloads. This of course is now impossible in the UK due to the fact the Post Office now guaruntee to deliver 90% of first class mail within 60 working days. (and there we were thinking they'd hit their service levels) :-)

If you have the question is.

a) What package are you using?

b) How have you found it?

c) If you're not using it at the moment, what packages are you looking at?

Just as a note.

With this thread I plan to blatently abuse my moderators status and will delete any adverts appearing :-)
