A cheeky favour required!!!  [9/3/2004 15:54:10]

Currently I'm comparing the effectiveness (revenue/call) and effciency (avht) of our call centre agents, and have been asked to take this further to compare both against conformance. I think the simplest way of doing this would be with some form of venn diagram.

Unfortunately I currently have no software on my system to create the diagrams and if I do decide to continue will have to manually create all the analysis.

Now the cheeky bit - does anyone have or know where I can get software that can do all this for me - preferably a free download. I seen a few programs but until I assess how successful the work is I don't want to shell out for a full product.
