QMax Adherence.  [28/11/2003 13:31:47]

Well I think my views on the QMax system are widely known :-)

However what do you mean by a follow up session?

The adherence module is apparently ok but as (IN MY OPINION)
the base unit functionality over/under forecasts it kind of makes
the whole thing academic....

Follow up Adherence  [28/11/2003 13:51:25]

Thanks Dave,

At the Q-max forum Agent Adherence was demonstrated,
We are due to have an on-site demonstration where the various parties affected (IT/Systems, Account Managers etc.) can bring some more in-depth questions to the table.

>>>> the base unit functionality over/under forecasts

At present the bulk of our forecasting is performed outside of Q-Max so this is not so much of an issue (although I have no evidence either way).
Just curious, but which version of Q-Max brought you to this opinion??

Thanks again.

QMax Adherence.  [28/11/2003 14:16:15]

Have a look here.

And my how to install a WFM Package here

Guide

One of our sister companies was using it and found it consistantly
mis-forecast. Bearing in mind most packages manage within 5% accuracy
and I'm getting <5 with my handbuilt Erlang stuff I'm happy with
what I've got at the moment.

I'm sure someone will be along on a minute to run through
the pro's but I can't help with that.

Qmax Adherence  [28/11/2003 14:44:41]

Thanks for the links, I hadn't read those for a while.

I've done some tracking of Q-Max's forecasting (for my own benefit) for a couple of smallish departments (150-200 advisors) and had been quite impressed by the accuracy both full day call counts and the profile.

However as I have not seen any other packages I can't really say if it is better or worse.

I'm glad to hear that the Agent Adherence module is apparantly ok though.

Ta.
