Admin: How are we doing?  [26/9/2001 10:42:39]

Hi folks.

As you know, we pride ourselves in being able to provide an easy to use site, with good discussion, easy-to-use facilities and interesting content.

As we're now into our sixth month of operation, we wanted to get some feedbackfrom you. We'd be grateful if you could reply to this topic if you want to answer some or all of the following questions:

Overall
1) What you like about the site?
2) What you don't like about the site?
3) What features you'd like us to add?
4) What features are your favourites?
5) Have you found the site useful (i.e. has it been helpful)?

Performance
6a) Do you consider CCV a quick or a slow site to use?
6b) Do the pages download quickly enoughin comparison to other sites?
7) Is it easy to navigate around to find what you're looking for?
8) Do you ever have problems with the site, say in logging in?

Style
9) Do you like the way CCV looks?
10) Do you think that we make a good use of the window space?
11) Do you ever see glitches in your browser?
12) How would you improve the look and feel of the site?
13) Does the site feel like a high quality resource?

Content and Substance
14) Doyou think our number of forums is enough, too little or too many?
15) Are the forum 'titles' best suited to the kinds of things you expect to find on a site like this?
16) Do you find the discussion varied and interesting?
17) Have you found the advertising useful or a hindrance?
18) Should we introduce 'light' moderation into the forums?
19) Do you like the chatroom?
20) Which of the 'views' do you use/like the most (i.e. latest posts, most popular, unified view, individual forumview)?
21) Are the resource sections useful, or do we need to flesh them up a bit more?

Other
22) How often do you pop into CCV?
23) How do we rate amongst similar sites (be honest)?
24) Any other comments?

We appreciate the time you spend here, and after a successful initial few months, with significant growth and fascinating discussion, we want to make the site better. By helping us with this little survey, we can help to fine tune the site in the way you want.

Best wishes,

John & The Admin Team

Still looking for feedback...  [5/11/2001 18:39:44]

Hi.

Please feel free to help us improve this site by sending us your thoughts... it's the best way to ensure that this site continues to meet your expectations...

Thanks,

John

PS. The fact we are now breaking the 100,000 page impressions (NOT hits) per month comfortably means that we must be doing something right!

Feedback still wanted...  [27/11/2001 14:37:27]

Hi everyone.

We're still looking for your suggestions as to how to improve the site, and so please feel free to suggest ways we can make this site better for you. In January we will launch our 'new look' 'Voice site, with more features and better cosmetic design, but there's still time left to suggest new features or enhancements.

Also, please let us know if there's anything you DON'T like or DON'T intend to use - if we can get a clearer picture of where our members want to go with thesite then we can fine-tune our resources and efforts into making the bits you DO want even better.

All the best,

John & The Admin Team

(Sing)"I want my CCV...!"  [27/11/2001 16:43:03]

Check the e-mail.
Go to CCV.
Definately check out latest posts first.
See if I can help and/or learn.
Surf around CCV.
Usually stop by the Chatroom.
Back to the daily chores and tasks.
I think you're doing it just right Team!
(Sing this next line)
"I want my CCV!"

Feedback  [28/11/2001 13:39:49]

Hi John,

It is almost 3 weeks since I last visited this forum as travelling and making arrangements for my marriage on 14th december. It is nice to get married late....It is a different situation work wise. Hell a lot of enquiries have come to me from India and abroad asking me to render my services. What more can I ask for John? A fmily in real life and the best posiible community of my industry reposing faith in me. Thanks to CCV I could improve my own knowledge and for your information I have just completed A handbook on Indian call centre industry. though it is a primer It has shaped up well. Why not CCV market it for me? I feel I need to get back my investment. Any help from your side?

The site is excellent but I feel we should introduce one more feature. Once we use cookie login, the login option does not appear. In case people are sharing the resource, next time we log on it shows the login of the person logged in first. can we somehow work around it for resource sharers? This will be a good feature. In case of networked system the unique cookie for unique user is available thanks to NT design. For stand alone machine we need to overcome this . Any suggestions.

Thanks for your invitation. will be more than pleased to help you in and CCv in moderation.

Regards,
Vedula

Let us know how what you think about CallCentreVoice...  [21/3/2002 10:49:54]

Hi everyone.

Looking through some of the older topics, I came across this one and thought I'd see if anyone had any thoughts about ways in which we can improve 'Voice even further. As we approach our first birthday, we'd like to get some feedback as to functions you'd like to see, problems you've encountered, or even positive encouragement about things you like. Perhaps you don't like our visuals (they are, admittedly, fairly basic) and would prefer a more funky looking site. Whatever, we need to know.

Please reply to this topic and talk to us!

John (on behalf of the 'Voice team)

New feedback page added  [28/3/2002 11:46:13]

Hi everyone.

So as not to keep clogging up the main forum with messages relating to the various day-to-day administrative and technical feedback, we've added a new feedback page - click on this page if you have any technical issue or suggestion for improvements. We'll check it regularly and it'll be a good place for two-way communication with the 'Voice administration and technical types.

Thanks,

John
