Customer Diversity Training  [30/6/2005 15:04:01]

This seems to be catchin on in call centres or is it just another trendy fad?

Does your call centre offer customer diversity training and secondly is their a business case to make for this in the private sector?

Education with regard to diversity issues surrounding customers and potential customers - very prevalent in Local Authorities and Public Sector, becoming more so. Private sector is taking more of an interest due to impact on margin.

Some of the issues can include.
Legal issues,Demographic issues, Body Language - Western and Non Western, The customers experience/perspective, Benchmarking, Economics and History.

To some extent its been going on in India for a long while.
