How has STRESS affected your Customer Care team?  [14/1/2003 15:37:29]

Howdy

I would be interested to hear from any of you that are seeing the signs of STRESS in your call centre.

How has it affected productivity of the team?
How many days have you lost through "stay in bed days"?
How many staff have you lost because of STRESS?
How much do you think it has cost you to replace/retrain staff?
Do you think customer care teams are just wimps?!?
