Customer satisfaction benchmarking  [15/11/2002 12:55:30]

Hi all

I'm currently trying to find where I can benchmark customer satisfaction data. We have quite a lot of information about what customers think of their experience with a call centre. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere that has similar information so I can benchmark performance. Can anyone suggest a good resource?

You might want to look up Dr Jon Anton of Purdue University in the US. He specialises in benchmarking call centres and he may well have information that you find useful.
