Motivation Research  [10/6/2008 10:21:31]

Hello there,

For my dissertation project in the human resource area I intend to explore general as well as specific aspects of work-related motivational factors in call centres.

Your participation as a call centre agent or manager is really important. Only a high level of participation leads to good and efficient results. The results of the survey will be available mid of August and will be published on this site.

The questionnaire will take approx. 5 minutes.

Thank you very much for your support!

Christine,

You might want to check the first page of the survey.

It's not too happy taking the numerical results.

On the whole I'd like to encourage everyone who fits
the description to run through the survey.

My partner has just finished her Magister Thesis
and I kow that getting empirical / evidential data
is one of the hardest things to do.

Regards

Hi Christine!

I will be very happy to take the survey. However, submission of page 1 returns the error "Value over limit" for all but the first question.

Let me know when that's corrected and I'll be happy to re-take your survey. I'll be very interested in the results.

Best regards,
Jeff
