Hello there,

For my dissertation project in the human resource area I intend to explore general as well as specific aspects of work-related motivational factors in call centres.

Your participation as a call centre agent or manager is really important. Only a high level of participation leads to good and efficient results.

Have submitted my response in the survey. Well the rank system was a bit tricky as had to choose different ranks fr each point.
