" Train the Trainer"  [8/10/2002 23:04:02]

Hi, I work as a Manager of Marketing/Training in a small call center in Costa Rica. I am looking for some type of Train the Trainer program the covers most areas for Agents and Supervisors or Team Leaders. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas please let me know.

Thanks
Bob

Train the Trainer  [18/11/2002 17:33:22]

Hi there,

We wrote a trian the trainer course in-house spcifically aimed at people wishing to train within a call centre environment. It is full of exercises and background on the theory of training plus incorporates a day where delegates can practice in front of a video camera and give constructive feedback to each other but within a 'safe' environment.

Let me know if you're interested in discussing this firther and I'll send you my e-mail address.

Regards
Amy

In my experience, nothing works better than face to face contact. We provide professional, experienced trainers to your facility. They work directly with your trainers and floor staff on your campaigns. You see an immediate impact on production. Nothing theoretical about this, just good hands on training. Cost effective since it is your campaigns that you are trained on. For more information, email info@airsgroup.net. Thanks.
