Data Mining Opportunity  [10/9/2007 15:29:03]

Hi

I would like to know as a Team Manager if i would like to initiate a Data Mining activty with available resources like CMS reports,SR data,customer VOC data etc.

I have studied Data Mining methodology however not clear where to start from, any suggestions
