Davox / Unison / Aspect - Third Party reporting packages  [11/7/2007 10:11:40]

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find out if there is any kind of package available that will take the text reports produced by a davox dialler and turn them into usable informative information.

I currently use a system that was developed in house, but the person who developed it has now left and there is now a issue if anything goes wrong.
