We have recently completed some best time to call analysis for a collections environment, and the findings were very similar to the ones you have detailed. We use 3 phone fields (W,M,H) and as of yet have not completed any individual analysis on actual results by telephone number, it'll be interesting to see whether I get the same results re work numbers.
Some of the challenges we have are the quality of data (phone numbers), is this something you also face and if so do you use any data cleansing companies? Also we are going to complete some analysis on each delinquency band/type by time of day - is this something you have done before? |
