Does anyone have any experience of using this type of feedback in a company? I would be interested in hearing others experiences.

I have found this works for certain individuals. Those open to change. I have been in a business where everybody had to complete it. It was a nightmare people bombarded with questionaires to complete at the same time trying to get there own done. If you are like me and leave things to the last minute...you can guess the rest.

I have used the process on about three occassions in the last year including getting by boss to do it. These people have made a real difference after taking ownership to amend their behaviours as a result of the feedback.

Again I am more than happy to share what I have.

I always lament to my co-workers here that I wish 360 feedback was incorporated. I genuinely like my company, peers, managers etc and truly think they could learn a lot from some good feedback.

The 360 feedback program allows an appropriate framework to deliver that feedback without coming off as preachy. Definetly +++ from me.
