Appraisal request - a little more information please  [23/7/2006 14:15:19]

Hi Joanne

Can you give us a little more information?

The appraisal format should be the same for every role within your organisation and most organisations have written a process/documentation that would be required to be followed.

If you can provide a little more information, I maybe able to give you some more assistance.

Clarity  [25/7/2006 14:54:50]

Hi "Joanne Smith",

I, and maybe most of my fellow posters here, would have difficulty understanding exactly what information you require.

Is the job UK based or on the Indian subcontinent?

Do you know what you currently ask your dialler analyst to do? Or are you wishing something along the lines of a job specification in order to advertise for one?

Im sorry but I just dont understand the grammar of "initiative, dedication and on, adding on this the for the dialler analyst, i need to add some more."

If you can bullet point exactly what you want to know, we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Kind Regards,

Gary.

Joanne

Is it a list of competencies that you are looking for, for this role?
