anyone know of a good rota/rosta planning tool  [19/9/2001 18:14:05]

We are a V Small call centre with around 20 staff but still find it tiresome to manage staffing. Has anyone found any software that helps plan staffing for a 7 day/ 3 shift rosta?

Rota Plannig Tool  [31/12/2001 10:56:06]

We use Aspect eWorkforce Management - Formerly TCS - to plan for our workforce of 300+.

Not sure if it would be cost efficient to use it for such small numbers but here's the contact numbers anyway.

Within UK 0800 289127
Within Eire 1800 200788
Outside UK and Eire +44 (0)20 8628 2760

Work Force Management Software  [5/4/2002 14:58:05]

Hi,

The Professional Planning Forum are hosting a conference on this very topic in Edinburgh on April 24th. 10 case studies / tutorials will be offered as well as demos from 4 of the largest vendors. It will be an excellant opportunity to evaluate different systems and how they may fit into your centre.

For more details visit http://www.planningforum.co.uk/events/

We are also conducting a survey into the use of Work Force Management tools - for more details contact myself at john@planningforum.co.uk

Forecasting and Planning Tools  [10/5/2002 14:11:12]

Hi There

Your call centre seems fairly small to implement a workforce management system. They tend to be expensive. Check out the "Easy Start Scheduler" at www.incoming.com or email the cmpany at servmonitor@icon.co.za

This is formulated spreadsheets that will do the trick.
