I know that this site has links with the call centre database site, so I would expect recommendations toward that product.
However, what about the other alternatives - Mitel, Datamonitor, etc. - are they still available, and what has their reaction been to the online site(s)?
Sometimes a paper copy, in the hand, on the desk, in the briefcase, whatever, is preferable, although I appreciate what you are saying about being more up-to-date and powerful.
Any thoughts?
