Workforce Management Systems (e-Workforce Management)  [30/4/2002 19:04:52]

Hi!

Is anyone using the Aspect WFM system - not TCS, but the more recent up-date, e-workforce?

I would really appreciate some feedback by anyone who is actually using the software, particuarly the adherence add-on package.

Aspect e-WFM  [30/4/2002 20:24:10]

Haven't gotten Aspect's e-WFM product yet. We almost did, but then had a bit of sticker shock from the implementation costs. Make sure they are including that in your quote.

Jenny

We are currently using eWFM ver 5.1, but only the forecasting and scheduling module at my current position.....in my previous employment I had implemented all of the TCS modules, including Agent Productivity, Interactive Agent and Real Time Adherence. Absolutely brilliant is all I can say, although the support for TCS here in Australia now is less than ideal, so for this reason we are currently looking at changing out to GMT Planet, as if does all that TCS does and more, for a more realistic cost structure.

Cheers

Richard
