Go for it Shane [1/6/2001 09:12:07]
Shane, you don't need luck as you're smart! Make it happen and most of all make sure you ENJOY getting up in the morning. Do the same for the people that work with you and you'll all have a great time - customers included. David
thanks [1/6/2001 12:08:52]

day one [5/6/2001 11:49:53]
well thanks for all ther support and advice. first day went with a few jitters, i think mainly due to nerves and staff being new to the business. we didnt perform to well, but im willing to put that down to nerves. am looking optomistic, and hoping that by the end of the week things will have smoothed themselves out!

Good luck [14/6/2001 13:10:20]
Shane, We are in the same boat as you are. We are starting a new call center in Prince Edward Island Canada from ground Zero. What information through this process did you find to be the most beneficial to you while going through the process? I've been in the call center industry for 10 years now and I still find it very stressfull now that I'm at the other end of things. Starting from new. Any advice you might have would be most appreciated Regards,
