Customer Contact Centers in Asia Pacific  [29/5/2001 07:19:44]

Knowledge Platform is an e-learning company that specializes in delivering premium new economy-related online courses and managing online communities for corporations. Our style is strikingly visual, practical, and accessible. Along with our off-the-shelf E-business products, we offer customization services that tailor courseware and Knowledge Spaces based on the needs of our clients.

We are currently working on developing a 'customer contact centers' knowledge community. This community will provide access to premium content on customer contact centers in the form of articles and white papers; directories of relevant associations, consultants and service providers, and vendors and products; experts' profiles; links to HR related issues like training and career developmnet; listing of seminars; etc. The focus of this content will be on the Asia/Pacific region - where currently the range of information available is limited. We aim to be the leading community where members can exchange ideas and learn about the customer contact center industry in Asia/Pacific.

If you are interested in participating in our community, linking to our site or sponsoring another community please get in touch with me at: zkhaleeli@knowledgeplatform.com

Plug plug! Good luck on your venture. ARe you adopting the 'forum' style of discussion, or some other style? It's good to see someone catering for the Asia/Pacific region; keep us posted of how the progress with the site goes. I had a little look andit looks promising.
