Hi,

I was wondering if there are many Aspect ACD/eWFM company's out there. I have been working with Aspect for 4 years now and would like to move into a career in Telecoms to use my skills in this area

Ive had a search around and cant really find anything. To start I would only be interested in freelancing unless a big company was involved as i need my current job security as currently buying my first house.
