A: "Would you mind holding while I research this issue?"

A: "I'm sorry, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the bulb. We are only responsible for providing the service."

WRAP  [18/4/2008 23:00:33]

It would only takes 30 Seconds for the change, but then 30 min to update the documentation that the bulb was changed, how it was changed, why it was changed, and who requested it changed. Meanwhile there are 10 more bulbs waiting to be changed.

Billing  [12/5/2008 18:38:54]

Ma'am, there's nothing wrong with the bulb. It seems that we have yet to receive payment on your account and, consequently, we have interrupted your service.

Jeff, you forgot to add:
"Would you be interested in our new green energy product, $200 set up fee and 10% premium over ordinary electricity but you'll feel better about all that electricity (you're not paying for) !"

How many Operations Managers...  [9/6/2008 19:17:02]

At this point, we have not yet been able to properly assess the data and we are still coalating certain metrixs. We should be able to provide a clear report on the issue by next month's meeting.
