Vector Reporting  [10/4/2008 21:52:22]

I want to run a report, once, that will give me the total call volume for each vector for the last year.

The only reports that CMS offers make me run them one vector at a time...since I got 5000 I want to run this report on...I don't want to do that.

example:

Vector 1 =55
Vector 2 =0
Vector 3 =789
Vector 4 =9999332
.....
Vector 5000 =74300

Thoughts?

(I sound like a broken wheel but I miss Symposium)

Yeah but you try getting a summed up total for more
than one skillset for any interval settings on Symp!

I could do that.  [11/4/2008 00:03:03]

Is it still a problem for you? A sum of what exactly?

In CMS designer, you can edit the report and add multiple values, this will allow you to report on vector 1-1000 etc.

If you want them summed, don't add vector to the report as a row data field or identifier, if you want them as you show in your 1st post them just add vector to the report. The 2 outputs will be either

2007 - #,###,### calls

or

Vector 1 - #,###,### calls
Vector 2 - #,###,### calls

I haven't actually run this report for vectors, but I have done it for VDN's and splits. If you have problems, post back and i will simulate on my system and feedback

you add the multiple values option in the inputs menu after you edit a report, forgot to mention

Thanks Scott  [19/4/2008 00:08:54]

Your input was valuable and my kungfu with CMS designer has improved very much.

I have an older question out there I am bumping up if you want to take a peak.
