System Information Tones (aka 3-Tone)  [23/12/2006 14:17:40]

Our Unison v7 groups together all SITs under one disposition code - is there anyway of identifying different SITs individually? In other words, is there a method of identifying where a dial results in, say, 'I'm sorry, you have dialled incorrectly" separate to "This mobile is switched off"?

System Information Tones (aka 3-Tone)  [10/6/2007 02:33:34]

Hi,

You cannot reprogram the system to put different dispositon codes I believe. So only resolution can be pass sittones to agents. So that they can put individual codes for sittones. If you are finding it difficult along with other calls, collect all sittones after first pass, put it in one new campaign and assign few dedicated agents to work on it.

Hope this will cler the issue....

Thanks
