anyone work an e-mail management tool?  [12/12/2006 22:03:29]

I've previously worked with a wonderful e-mail management tool called "kana" but am looking around to see if there are any others out there people might recommend.

Looking for something that could handle several thousands of e-mails, automate scripts, direct to appropriate person/department based on keyword, etc

link for SmartAgent email handling  [13/12/2006 17:38:52]

SmartAgent is from a UK business called numéro (SmartAnalytics' trading name). They have a lot of products aimed at contact centres, and email handling is one.

I am working on a similar project. Do you want to combine resources?

Combined Resources  [14/12/2006 21:47:02]

Paul,

I am always up for combining resources but I should be up front and tell you this isn't going to be a fully fleshed out proposal for myself. I've actually selected to create a proposal to implement this system for a school course (Business Analysis) that I am taking through correspondence. I'll likely only put 10-15 hours of work into the entire proposal.

I'll send you an e-mail this weekend and we can discuss more in detail.
