Call Centre Consultants in the UK? [12/12/2006 16:36:05]
Hi all! Could you please suggest any consultants in the UK who can undertake setting-up a call center? Including equipment, software, scripts, staff, training to getting it to go live. Thanks!

Call Centre Consultants [12/12/2006 16:54:30]
There's a list of consultants here: http://dmoz.org/Business/Telecommunications/Call_Centers/Consulting/ Country codes are next to each, allowing you to spot the few from the UK. Additionally, I've sent you a mail through the site. Regards, Darryl

Paged down the list and what jumped out but Darryl. :) I know we could do some of it, but not all. So I want even propose, for a change.
What....me? [12/12/2006 19:54:55]
It used to be quite a good list that one on the ODP...I actually put it together 3 or 4 years ago. It's not been edited much since then, so the chances are that it's a bit out of date. I was trying to be subtle - I didn't want to get a telling off from Ad-killer-Dave.

Independence / open source (free) technology [13/12/2006 13:48:05]
Our advice to clients is always to seek an independent consultant who is not tied to any one vendor, and to consider using open source technology which is free and which greatly reduces set-up cost. As I have just joined the forum we are not yet in the Resources list, will amend that pdq, but this is in fact exactly the kind of work we cover.
