lost calls during transfer  [15/6/2006 14:07:08]

we currently have 3 lines that are allocated for transferring calls to a third party. However, if we initiate a call from our dialler, when we try to transfer the call to the third party, the call is lost. If the call is an an inbound called then we are able to successfully transfer the call to the third party.

Could anyone help us please.

Please let me know which dialer you are using.Tell me a brief discription your set.May be I can sort out the issue.
