Symposium Login/Logou [13/6/2006 22:27:22]
Alright, People, give me some example as to why on a Symposium Login/Logout report I would see a person go into "NOT READY" 3-4 times in a row...sometimes in rapid sucession (less than a second) other time spread out over several minutes. They took no call volume during that time. No walkaway time. No DN Calls out, none in. I assume it's them hitting the DN key and not placing a call? any other idea's?

Justin, To bounce themselves to the back of the queue to reduce the number of calls they take? Seen it a lot before :-( HTH DaveA
Dave...I agree [14/6/2006 13:48:29]
I do agree that is happening, sorry for not being clear. But I mean physically...how does one go about selecting the Not Ready activity 2-3 times in a row? If I do it the report goes "ready...notready....ready"

Is the report via WebClient or Thick [15/6/2006 08:18:04]
In symposium 5 the login/logout report via the webclient did not work correctly untill I think at least SU6. So typical support question. Have you installed all the latest patches :)

So typical support question. Have you installed all the latest patches :) As opposed to the typical engineering question. "Have you hit it with a big hammer?" {BIG EVIL GRIN} DaveA

We are installing patch SUS0602 in a few weeks...that's all I know about our current version. Does anyone have a website or documentation on what each patch does? (I am checking nortel soon as I send this)
I can get the full details [16/6/2006 08:27:55]
Tonight when I get back from work.
