The most frequent problem being faced by me at this point with my Truedial Predictive Dialer is Lost Connection.....

okay..........we use a predictive dialer with MS SQL Server as the database..........it is a frequent issue......like when the agent is logged in, sometimes he gets a message box, "Lost connection" or "Lost connection with server". The script hangs, but the channel(voice) remains active. In few cases, the channel disconnects. The user has to login again. Help.........

Problem related to internal network  [21/6/2006 02:38:08]

This problem has been faced by me too but its bcoz of internal network problem your are getting lost connection as computer lost its LAN connectivity with the server whereas call is still connected.........as per if u get problem in late popups its might be ur server cpu utilisation is more ..........
