Anyone on Aol AIM / Jabber?  [7/5/2005 11:07:07]

In a few days I'll get my covered Apple PowerMac, and with it I have added an iSight webcam. Though all of this will work with Apple's iChat service, I believe that this is compatible with Aol AIM and Jabber compliant messaging protocols, which opens the whole thing up to a much wider audience.

So, given that I'm quite new to it, I wondered if anyone here uses either AIM, iChat or some other Jabber compliant messaging and/or videoconferencing services, as I'd be keen to have people to blether to.

Let me know, either by replying to this or by sending me a 'VoiceMail. My handle is (for various reasons) quadripus, so look out for me...

I use AIM sporadically. I normally use MSN but since I moved to the MAC platform the webcam thing don't work. BOO ?

I don't know what the word "blether" means but feel free to hit me up on aim at cvgjustin if you ever want.
