Genesys CIM/GAD/Email  [12/4/2005 14:45:46]

Hi, I'm about to start a project to implement an email handling system for our contact centre. We're a big Genesys user and I'd like to get in touch with anyone out there already using the Genesys 7 solution (CIM/GAD) for the email channel. We're finding Genesys quite slow to recommend a reference site so hearing other implementation details would be really helpful.

I was under the impression that the new Multi Channel Routing 7.0 is not a fully GA released product yet?

As far as I know, this is on a limited release prior to GA which may explain the lack of references for this version.
