Call Centre Selection  [7/3/2005 09:43:03]

Hi guys, we are looking for a call centre solution for IVR, inbound and outbound. Unfortunately, IT and users are divided over the selection of Concerto(Ensemblepro), CISCO(IPCC) and AVAYA (CC Express for inbound and PDS Mosaix for outbound). Can anyone tell me which system can provide the best solution. We need some direction before we all become enemy. Thanks

AA: Can anyone tell me which system can provide the best solution

Ah yes...the holy grail.

It's "horses for courses" - it really depends on what you organisation is like now, and where it's likely to be in a few years time. If you don't have business and technology analysis skills in house to make this decision, consider using a consultant who does.

JM: Fujistu UK

Interesting - It's not a company I've ever considered as a provider to the call centre sector before. Does anyone have any experience of working with them?

Regards,
Darryl
