I am looking to roll out Lyricall on a more sophisticated level at my call centre. I am looking to ideally have on screen scripts for the different products and business partners pop via the camp ID. Does anyone have any experience of this?

I am looking towards an ODBC connection that pulls in the desired script from an outside (non davox) data base, after matching the campaign ID's.

Any tips, tricks or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
