This has been posted here and also at another discussion forum, which I am sure Eamon will have noticed seeing as he has been spotted on it.

Please state if applicable when you last saw/met your WFM account manager?

Other WFM feedback is welcomed.

This is more to cure m curiosity than anything else, so feel free tohumour me by replying.

At Capita we enjoy excellent relations with all three of our WFM suppliers and I am in contact with them all regularily.

I have found that Q-Max are very quick to defend themselves when it comes to negative publicity, but never actually take any notice of it.

Funnily on the other forum I posted this, one reader managed to guess correctly which WFM I was using.

With Q-Max they have just released an add-on that allows you to send SMS messages to staff and TL's etc when certain thresholds are reached. This strikes as a waste when they could be working on collecting and forecasting AVHT by interval, adding multi-skill functionality and improving their forecasting accuracy and software platform.

I was unfortunate to not be able to attend the User Forum last year due to holiday, but would of liked to attend so that I could find about what their development strategy is in the future.
