Future of a Training Manager  [28/6/2004 23:46:26]

Hi All

I would like to know the future prospects of a Training Manager in a call center...?

Can a Training Manager shift to another Industry from a call center..?

Will his services be considered in another industry (eg.Hotel, Hospitals, Airlines and other customer service related industry???

I would like to know as this is a matter of concern and of highest priority?
