Concerto V7 - Help!  [22/6/2004 15:31:19]

Hi,

Looking for any reviews of V7.0.1 of the concerto dialler. If any one has any experience of an upgrade jump from V4.1.0.b1 let me know.

Any information on what V7 can do that V4 can not and visa versa (ideally a past gap analysis would be good) I have details of the bug fixes but that is all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Guess what - still deploying  [30/3/2005 20:49:33]

lol, just to let you know I am still rolling out. A number of issues so far (stats, CTI integration with DMS 100 and x25)..

Once complete I will update with a large post detailing issues experienced and learning points.

May even publish a white paper for John C and the mods (free upgrade to membership???)
