Hi all,

Just a quick question.

With the holidays and a couple of trips for work I've had 10 flights since September last year.

For some reason I seem to have qualifed for the free "Screaming baby in the row behind" upgrade by all the airlines I've used (BA, Alitalia and Adria).

Now I appreciate the airlines dedication to customer service but in this case I'm prepared to forfit the upgrade in favour of something else. Having my teeth pulled without anasthetic springs to mind.

Any idea how I get removed from this upgrade list? Is it just me but 9 out of 10 flights seems a bit excessive!
