Call forecasting - Time Series Analysis  [11/3/2004 04:29:43]

Anybody can help me out on doing a Time Series analysis for call forecasting. I want to do a monthly forecast for our inbound calls. Currently we are using 3 period moving average method. But the accuracy is very low. If anybody knows any other better method than Time series analysis please let me know.

I have got some details on Time series Analysis from callcenterschool.com. But the data is not adequate enough to start with.

What do you want to analyze? Do you just want to analyze the volume of the inbound calls?
