Anybody can help me out on doing a Time Series analysis for call forecasting. I want to do a monthly forecast for our inbound calls. Currently we are using 3 period moving average method. But the accuracy is very low. If anybody knows any other better method than Time series analysis please let me know.
I have got some details on Time series Analysis from callcenterschool.com. But the data is not adequate enough to start with.
