Concerto Davox Dialer,Symposium,Meridian,Comverse voice logger,Truedial on both IPLC and Voip.

My "official" title is Resource Analyst. However, I prefer "jack of all trades". Currently, I am a team of two supporting a CTI enabled (Genesys) banking call center. I am presonally responsible for all call center technology (including PC's and peripherals) on this side of our Symposium Server. In addition, I support SymonView, Envision C2C, and all reporting / WFM functions. I also dabble in Project management and system design.

BOK Financial is a bank holding company which owns banks in five US states @ this time.

I'm Sebastian (Seb) Reeve and I manage the Customer Interaction practice at Sabio who are a contact centre technology consultancy based in the UK and Ireland.

I have worked in the technology industry for about 15 years with the last 7 or so in the contact centre space and specialise in technologies from Avaya, Genesys and Concerto software.

I'm Mike Peate and (just to get the obvious out of the way) it's my first day on this forum so I hope I don't make a faux pas on my first post!

I live in Chester and work for MBNA; just a small concern in the unsecured loans market ;) My role, like many of yours no doubt, is to monitor real-time activity and the performance of a department and report how fantastically well I did it (or not as the case is more likely to be..!). They give me the fancy title of "Call Operations Analyst" for it too.

I'm currently working on a project to better understand the distribution of single portfolio calls in a mutli-skilled environment - who needs intelligent vectoring when you can throw a skill at it, huh?

I specialise in VB/VBA, especially useful for automating IEX/Avaya CMS reports. I'm hoping to consolidate my experience by completing an MSCE during my OU course.

I'm really looking forward to getting to know as many of you as are willing to read my inane drivel; I'll try not to babble too much.
